Beach Week: With the beautiful Carolina coast just hours away, our campers will enjoy a week of camp with our beach theme. Camps are structured for safe, fun, and effective gymnastics skill progression and development of strength, flexibility, and coordination. Camps will use full size Olympic apparatus (floor, bars, beam, vault, rings, and tumble track). We will offer crafts, snacks, and fun games that will center around our theme. Enjoy the day at the beach. Bring a beach towel. A change of clothes is needed as campers may get wet.

Fitness is Fun: Spend the week learning the importance of health and fitness. Fitness is Fun is centered around our Tyson Fitness Challenge. Campers will learn gymnastics, trampoline, conditioning, and flexibility all in a fun and safe environment. Campers will be tracked for performance and will bring home their progress chart at the end of the week, so you too can see what they have accomplished. Crafts will center around our fitness theme and so will our snacks.  Campers will be made aware of general fitness needs, good nutrition, and healthy lifestyles. Fitness is forever . . . And good fitness will last a lifetime.

Olympic Week: The Olympics are only a few months away. What better way to celebrate the Olympics but to have an entire week of Olympians in our gym learning the skills they need to compete in our own Superior Olympics. We will have competitions and prizes as well as crafts, movies, and games centered around our Olympic theme. Of course,  stressing that everyone is a winner!

Tumble Clinic: Do you have the skills you need to get noticed at Tryouts this year? Perhaps you have been wanting to learn how to do a back handspring. Maybe you want to perfect the skills you already have. In this clinic you will be able to come in, stretch and work on what you want to work on for your tryouts. By combining flexibility, stretching, drills, and tumble track, we can help you make what you have look better. Or perhaps, get a new skill that you have been wanting to get.

Cheer Camp: This is a 3 day camp designed for the novice cheerleader. They will work on basic motions, jumps, cheers, and chants to get them noticed at tryouts. They will also be taught a dance and we will even do a mock tryout to help give your child confidence. Tumbling has become such an important part of cheerleading. Your child will have the chance to work on their skills through drills and have the opportunity to improve their tumbling skills
